Road Closure - Mill Road, Stoke Holy Cross

NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL has made a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the C192 Mill Road from a point 35 metres west of its junction with the U78350 Mill Green for a distance of 50 metres westwards in the PARISH OF STOKE HOLY CROSS because of Anglian Water works to repair a fire hydrant.

The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 12th August 2019 to 14th August 2019 for the duration of the works, expected to be 3 days within the period.

Alternative route is via: Mill Road, Norwich Road, Long Lane, Poringland Road, Stoke Road, B1332 The Street, B1332 Bungay Road, B1527 Church Road, B1527 Short New Road, B1527 Hempnall Road,A140 Ipswich Road, Stoke Road (Newton Flotman/ Brooke/ Kirstead/ Swainsthorpe/ Morningthorpe and Fritton/ Woodton/ Stoke Holy Cross/ Framingham Earl/ Hempnall/ Poringland/ Topcroft/ Tasburgh/Long Stratton/ Saxlingham Nethergate). (If necessary the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order).

Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention. In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.
